CarolinaPower’s Intern / Management Trainee Program develops future construction project management and leadership talent through hands-on field experience, project exposure, and training in branch operations.

Intern Track: For students pursuing a bachelor’s degree seeking real-world experience in electrical construction and PM. Management Trainee Track: For recent graduates aiming for a long-term career in PM and leadership, with progressive field and operational assignments.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree.
• Interest in construction or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical construction projects and site safety.
• Support project management, estimating, bidding, scheduling.
• Handle materials, equipment, and documentation.
• Learn QA/QC and process improvements.
• Provide customer service and support branch operations.
• Participate in leadership and CarolinaPower's Servant Leadership program.
