Job summary

LeoForce in Tempe, AZ seeks a General Superintendent – Electrical Construction to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects, including data centers. This role requires managing crews, planning manpower, and coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.

You will mentor field leadership, participate in planning, and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction, especially data centers.
• Proven track record in senior field leadership (General/Senior Superintendent).
• Strong knowledge of large-scale project execution, scheduling, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and direction for large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Oversee foremen, electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Develop manpower plans, schedules, materials, equipment, and field resources.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors and other trades.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance; resolve issues.
