LeoForce in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an Electrical Site Superintendent to lead electrical installations on large-scale projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and code compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in similar roles, holds an active IBEW Journeyman's license, and can manage budgets using Autodesk and related tools.

Qualifications

• Active IBEW Journeyman's license or ability to join the union.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in data center, industrial, automotive, commercial, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations meeting codes and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and ensure work is within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality of electrical work.
• Develop and implement plans for electrical installations considering timelines and client needs.
• Use Autodesk and other software to create detailed plans and drawings.
• Ensure electrical systems integrate with lighting and fire protection systems.
