Job summary

VA Electrical Contractors LLC seeks a Foreman to lead field trades on electrical construction projects, overseeing installation, wiring, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings.

The Foreman will work with the Project Manager on estimates, coordinate material and manpower, ensure safety, and supervise crews to meet schedule and quality standards across multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program with over 8000 hours of on‑the‑job experience.
• Minimum 6 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise VA Electric field trades on the crew or project.
• Assist with working estimates and take-offs alongside the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Plan material, tools, and manpower and ensure timely readiness.
• Set schedules and crew loading charts.
• Direct installation of electrical feeders, motors, switchgear, lighting, and terminations.
• Maintain safety, training, and compliance with VA Electric protocols.
