Job summary

PPC Partners Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support all phases of electrical construction projects, under a senior Project Manager.

The role offers hands-on field experience with progressive responsibility in scheduling, estimating, procurement, and customer relations, and focuses on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will learn project leadership, waste elimination, and operational systems while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.), or related.
• Prior contracting, engineering, construction management experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Help establish weekly tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Analyze and forecast factors to maximize efficiency.
• Develop programs, strategies, and supervision.
• Learn scheduling process and take responsibility on projects.
• Use estimating information to manage labor and material costs.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches.
• Assist and work with Project Managers to manage resources, tooling, and permits as needed.
• Learn procurement process and order materials on assigned projects.
• Understand bidding jobs and manage scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional development.
• Uphold safety as a primary goal and pursue zero accidents.
