You will lead the PM team, mentor staff, and support development while aligning with company goals and standards. This position requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two- or four-year construction-related degree OR Journeyman background.
• 1–5 years experience in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work plans including who, what, and when.
• Analyze factors affecting results to maximize efficiency.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across projects and branches.
• Develop strategies to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Oversee billing and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to issues.
• Mentor and lead staff; support recruitment, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards; enforce PPE and safety training.
