Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in contracting, engineering, construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Help establish what is to be done on a week-to-week basis, when, and by whom.
• Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximize efficiency.
• Develop appropriate programs, strategies, and supervision.
• Will learn the scheduling process; take responsibility for it on assigned projects.
• Be trained to use estimating information to manage labor and material costs effectively.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches as needed.
• Assist and work with Project Managers to manage resources, tooling, and permits as needed.
• Learn the procurement process and will be responsible for ordering materials on assigned projects.
• Gain understanding of the collection and billing process; take responsibility for it on assigned projects.
• Manage billings.
• Understand and assist in bidding jobs (including estimates, proposal specifications, drawings, and takeoff information).
• Manage projects to deliver on customer requirements of scope, timeline, and budget.
• Assume responsibility for productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
• Work with Project Managers to learn how develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee sales.
• Take prompt action to resolve any customer complaints.
• Always be growing and improving both yourself and your entire team.
• Pre‑plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
• Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
• Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
• Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
• Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
