Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks an Electrical Constructability Manager – VDC/BIM for onsite work in San Antonio or Houston, TX. You will oversee constructability phases, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure adherence to company standards throughout detailing and execution.

The role requires a strong background in BIM/CAD workflows, leadership across locations, and the ability to mentor detailing staff while managing diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of related experience, or trade apprenticeship with 8 years in field.
• Field Foreman/General Foreman experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage constructability across the division and ensure project execution aligns with standards.
• Lead coordination, quality control, and budgeting processes including RFPs.
• Coach and develop detailing staff across multiple locations and projects.
