Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking an Electrical Constructibility Manager – VDC/BIM for the DFW, TX region. This onsite, full-time role leads constructability and BIM coordination across multiple projects, partnering with internal departments and external customers to ensure standards are followed.

You will coach detailing staff, drive quality control, and manage scheduling and resources. A strong background in Navisworks/Revit/AutoCAD and proven leadership across distributed teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus 8–10 years of related field/management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating multiple locations.
• Expertise in BIM, VDC, and the detailing process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee constructability for the division and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Lead coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Coach and develop detailing staff across locations; manage timelines and resources.
• Monitor quality control and project execution across multiple projects.
