Boeing Defense & Space is seeking an associate Electrical M&PT Standards and Process Component Engineer in Berkeley, MO. You will evaluate electrical/electronic components for assembly and design, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure components meet Boeing standards.

The role emphasizes high-reliability environments, documentation, and collaboration within a hierarchical organization. Global security clearance is required after start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with basic electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transformers, connectors, ICs).
• Preferred: Electrical/Electronic or Aeronautical Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Applies engineering knowledge of electrical/electronic components in evaluation for assembly/subassembly repair/design.
• Supports subcontractors and suppliers to qualify components for Boeing usage.
• Work in high-reliability aerospace-like environment; familiarity with industrial design/applications.
