Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley seeks an Experienced Quality Specialist – Electrical Test Inspector to lead quality activities for electrical fabrication, review work orders, and ensure compliance with BQMS, ISO9001 and AS9100 across programs.

You will develop quality budgets and cost estimates, guide cross‑functional teams, analyze process data to identify root causes, implement preventive actions, document nonconformances, and support continuous improvement of wiring harness fabrication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical fabrication and required processes.
• 5+ years of experience with quality systems (BQMS, ISO9001, AS9100).
• 3+ years of documenting corrective actions and non-conformance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on work orders prior to job acceptance.
• Develop Quality budget and cost estimates.
• Lead multi-function, multi-site groups to deploy directives, policies, processes and metrics.
• Analyze process data to identify root causes and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Review policies, processes, drawings and requirements for compliance.
• Improve process capability through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure work orders are documented properly.
• Provide guidance on fabrication practices to technicians.
• Analyze data for nonconforming materials and dispositions.
• Assist in developing standard repairs for nonconforming materials.
