Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, seeks an Electrical Inspector to ensure electrical systems meet safety, quality, and code standards across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will conduct site inspections, review drawings, identify violations, and prepare reports while coordinating with TAS personnel to uphold regulations and safety.

Responsibilities include auditing internal processes, verifying compliance with NEC and local codes, and assisting in quality control

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with some specialized training.
• ICC Electrical Inspector certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015, AISC, NEC).
• Visit TAS sites to inspect electrical assemblies including wiring, panels and equipment.
• Verify NEC and local code compliance.
• Examine electrical drawings and specifications.
• Create nonconformances for violations and prepare detailed reports.
