Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. seeks an Electrical Inspector to ensure electrical systems meet safety, quality, and code standards (NEC) on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

You will inspect site installations, review drawings, identify violations, and prepare detailed nonconformances and reports. Responsibilities include enforcing NEC compliance, maintaining records, and providing technical guidance to TAS personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with inspector certification required.
• ICC Electrical Inspector certification or equivalent.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Visit TAS sites to inspect electrical assemblies including wiring, panels, and equipment.
• Verify compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Examine drawings and specifications before and during assembly.
• Create nonconformances for violations and prepare detailed reports.
• Respond to inquiries and provide technical guidance to TAS personnel.
• Halt work on nonconforming activities and ensure final inspections are obtained.
