Job Summary:

Kuharchik Construction is seeking to fill two open positions at the Exeter / Pittston Pennsylvania Warehouse.

Candidate 1 must hold a valid CDL-A license and will be responsible for inventory management and scheduled transfer of materials to job sites.

Candidate 2 does not require a CDL-A license and will focus on inventory management. Kuharchik Construction can assist with CDL training and certification.

Both candidates should have knowledge of electrical materials, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and record new inventory upon delivery; inspect and store according to policy.
• Conduct physical inventory, compare with computerized records, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure proper storage of stock in the warehouse.
• Candidate 1: Drop off materials at job sites and pick up materials from local vendors.
• Schedule transfer of materials to and from the warehouse; coordinate inventory transfers between sites.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies and operating instructions.
• Resolve routine equipment issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Complete vehicle checks to ensure trucks and equipment are safe for travel.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Candidate 1: Must have a clean driving record and a CDL-A license.
• Candidate 2: Must have a valid Driver's or Operator's license.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of electrical materials.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and bending; able to maneuver around vehicles/trucks.
