Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are essential to our success. They work actively, safely, and independently to ensure the efficient flow of products and uphold quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products, including offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing.

Responsibilities may include:

• Receiving inbound merchandise and locating proper pick locations
• Restocking order pick and flow lines for order preparation
• Ensuring proper placement of products for routine and special demands
• Maintaining attention to detail in all areas including aisles, racking, floors, and door pits
• Transferring merchandise to appropriate locations
• Consolidating merchandise into picking containers
• Packing products securely
• Labeling and marking cartons/totes correctly
• Ensuring safe movement and tracking of products within the warehouse
• Maintaining inventory accuracy
• Pulling orders according to delivery sequencing
• Recording received and distributed materials
• Performing end-of-shift tasks like charging equipment and verifying work
• Keeping work areas orderly and returning supplies and merchandise
• Following safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly
• Capability to lift 10-90 pounds, depending on the task
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
• Certifications for powered equipment (e.g., forklift) are a plus
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check
