Hourly Rate: $18.00 to start

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 12:30 am

• $1,000 sign-on bonus (Paid out as $500 after 6 months & $500 after 12 months of continuous employment as a full-time employee)

Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Exeter, PA location. Responsibilities include parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking trucks.

Responsibilities Include

• Receive, Pull, Scan, Package, Stage & Load product (tasks depend on assignment)
• Receive inbound product and store it appropriately
• Pull correct product and deliver to staging area
• Sort and stage product accurately
• Stack and load product into trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment (Order Picker, Forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• No lifting restrictions; ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb
• Climb ladders and stairs; tolerate heights up to 30 feet

Work Environment

• Constant standing required
• Facilities are not climate-controlled; tolerate temperature variations
