Job summary

EEI is seeking a Sr. Electrical Specialist to lead complex commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for electrical systems in data centers and other mission-critical facilities. You will guide field execution, support functional testing, and mentor team members across disciplines.

The role requires 6+ years in electrical fields, with strong knowledge of power distribution and related equipment. Travel up to 75% and a hybrid work environment are typical in this senior position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in electrical systems, commissioning, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, gensets, PDUs, controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commissioning, testing, and verification for mission-critical facilities.
• Guide field execution, testing, startup support, and closeout activities.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues with project teams and contractors.
• Review drawings and test data to evaluate readiness and performance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to safe, high-quality project delivery.
