Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and mechanical presses.
• Knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Shift flexibility and overtime willingness.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment per codes and blueprints.
• Diagnose malfunctions, replace faulty parts, and ensure proper operation.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and optimize machinery performance.
• Document maintenance activities and parts replacements.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and plant personnel to resolve issues.
