Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (CNC & Automation) for the 3rd shift to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Strong electrical and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
Experience repairing and troubleshooting CNC machines and mechanical presses.
Familiarity with AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial control systems.
Ability to read hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions to keep machinery running safely.
Install and maintain electrical systems and hardware per codes and blueprints.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
Document maintenance work, parts replaced, and repairs performed.
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and plant personnel to resolve issues quickly.
