Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Working Cell Leader who will wire units, assemble electrical panels, and direct production in designated areas. You will also lead morning meetings, track progress on Tier Boards, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires hands-on wiring, BOM interpretation, and supervision of flow lanes and subassemblies. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring units and building electrical panels.
• Able to read BOM, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams.
• Lead daily Tier Meetings and update production boards.
• Enforce safety practices and PPE usage.
• Coordinate flow lanes and subassembly activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist flow lane and subassembly employees with daily work assignments.
• Ensure daily labor entries and in-process check sheets are completed.
• Receive and sign for purchase components needed for work orders.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and report equipment or material issues.
• Support supervisor with skills development and training of staff.
