Job summary

Constellium Muscle Shoals is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to manage assigned CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with the V-cycle and Muscle Shoals CAPEX processes. The role coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure engineering coherence and successful project delivery.

The engineer implements activities from project planning through execution, testing, commissioning and ramp-up, ensuring safety, quality and schedule objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years’ experience delivering CAPEX projects in heavy industry.
• Knowledge of ladder logic, HMI software and electrical circuits.
• MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem solving, judgment and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX projects to meet the Constellium V-cycle and Muscle Shoals processes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure engineering coherence across projects.
• Develop work scopes and reference applicable standards.
• Coordinate contractor bid meetings, RFIs, and bid tabulations.
• Conduct risk analysis, cost tracking, and contingency planning.
• Create and integrate project schedules, outages and ramp-up plans.
• Ensure EHS compliance and maintain project documentation.
