Job summary
Vallourec, a leader in steel and tubular solutions, seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to guide engineering services for southern manufacturing facilities in the US. You will oversee capital projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
The role requires at least 5+ years in engineering management, CABEX planning, and familiarity with CAD/FEA tools; domestic and occasional international travel is expected as part of
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams supporting southern manufacturing facilities.
- Support and coordinate CAPEX planning and execution.
- Oversee engineering design, development and implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, process engineering and quality teams.
- Manage engineering budgets, schedules, resources and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement best available technologies and innovative solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate third-party and global engineering support resources.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous learning.
