Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is seeking an Electrical CAD Technician to support Burns & McDonnell in Bloomington, MN.

You will assist engineers and designers with electrical CAD drawings, prepare and revise layouts, and ensure drawings meet drafting standards.

AutoCAD experience is required and MicroStation exposure is highly preferred; specialized CAD certification is a plus. This entry will give you hands-on project experience and the opportunity to grow your career with a leading engineering firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with drafting coursework.
• 1–6 years CAD/drafting experience.
• AutoCAD experience required.
• MicroStation experience preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
