Excel Electric, Inc. in Grandville, MI seeks a dependable CAD Designer to join our team. The role involves creating and revising electrical layouts, panel drawings, and construction documents to support our project teams.

You will produce 2D/3D drawings, coordinate with project managers and field crews, and ensure drawings are accurate and up to code. Prior CAD experience, especially in electrical or MEP, is preferred.

Formación

• 2–3 years of CAD design/drafting experience.
• Associate's degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical or MEP design preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Create and revise electrical layout drawings, panel schedules, and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
• Translate field measurements and redlines into construction documents.
• Maintain drawing standards and revision control; coordinate with PMs and field crews.
