Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
Sound understanding of construction methods and terminology, building codes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret design information.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and construction PMs.
Providing 3D visualizations and clash reports to aid project execution.
