Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different building components.
• Generating drawings and schedules from the 3D model to support construction planning.
• Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
• Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment.
• Providing 3D visualizations and clash reports to assist decision-making.
