Qualifications

Ability to analyze and interpret design information.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different building components.
Generating drawings and schedules from the 3D model to support construction planning.
Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment.
Providing 3D visualizations and clash reports to assist decision-making.
