Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Valdosta, GA is seeking a mid-level Electrical BIM Modeler II to develop and manage complex BIM content, coordinating with MEP teams to support design through construction documentation.

Responsibilities include modeling power, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems; producing coordinated deliverables; enforcing BIM standards; mentoring junior modelers; and supporting field teams with model-based clarifications.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of electrical BIM / Revit modeling experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing coordinated construction models.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain electrical BIM models from design through construction documentation phases.
• Model complex electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Produce coordinated sheets, views, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Review RFIs, submittals, design revisions, and field changes in models.
• Enforce BIM standards and naming conventions.
• Provide guidance to Tier I BIM Modelers and assist in training.
