Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. seeks a BIM Manager II to lead modeling efforts for large electrical construction and design projects. You will oversee modeling standards, ensure model health, and guide project teams towards digital delivery goals.

You will supervise BIM specialists, coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field teams, and drive continuous improvements through automation and open collaboration. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years BIM/VDC experience.
• 3+ years in BIM leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical models and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution for medium-to-large, complex electrical projects.
• Develop and manage BEPs and model standards.
• Supervise BIM Specialists/Coordinators and assign resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings with engineers, project managers, field teams.
• Support automation and tool development (Dynamo, Navisworks).
