Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and code requirements.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Create installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication.
• Coordinate BIM/clash detection meetings.
• Produce a clash-free model for installations.
• Coordinate electrical room layouts and equipment clearances.
• Maintain onsite presence and assist project management.
