Job summary

Interstates is seeking a BIM Coordinator to integrate BIM processes across electrical, controls and OT projects. You will coordinate models, verify accuracy in a 3D digital environment, and ensure clashes are resolved before construction.

Typical duties include creating 3D models in Revit, reviewing incoming files, and generating reports for project teams. Travel up to 15% may be required; strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related experience in BIM coordination.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks or Bentley applications.
• 2+ years in BIM coordination within construction.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD MEP under supervision.
• Manipulate BIM families for updates and improvements.
• Load incoming models into projects and ensure model health.
• Coordinate BIM across project teams with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection to minimize construction conflicts.
• Generate BIM reports and outputs, including Navisworks files.
