This role focuses on coordinating processes, not just drafting, with emphasis on Revit and Navisworks, quality checks, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM coordination experience on commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on clash detection and model quality control experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems on large commercial projects.
• Run clash detection, track issues to resolution, and coordinate fixes with other trades.
• Perform quality checks and audits on models before they hit the field.
• Partner with project teams to integrate BIM into project delivery.
• Keep models aligned with industry standards and internal protocols.
• Help develop BIM execution plans on new projects.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and workflows.
