Qualifications

• Proven BIM coordination experience on commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on clash detection and model quality control.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems on large commercial projects
• Run clash detection, track issues to resolution, and coordinate fixes with other trades
• Perform quality checks and audits on models before they hit the field
• Partner with project teams to build BIM into project delivery
• Keep models and processes aligned with industry standards and internal protocols
• Help develop BIM execution plans on new projects
• Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and workflows
