Grifols in California is seeking an Electrical Automation Technician to maintain, repair, install and upgrade automated equipment in a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/pharma/GMP environments.
• Basic knowledge of robotics, PLCs, PLC networks, drives, motor controls, sensors, instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and PLC documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical codes for compliance and safety.
• Experience with hand tools, PPE and electronic measurement tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine corrective actions when responding to equipment trouble calls.
• Communicate status and timelines to manufacturing, engineering, QA, and maintenance teams.
