Job summary

Loenbro in Leander, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) to support our Industrial Construction teams on project sites. The role ensures smooth execution and immediate issue resolution, reporting to the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring a technical degree, strong Excel skills, and experience in construction. This exempt, full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within Loenbro's national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings in a high production, fast moving environment.
• Preferred: Industrial experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Civil.
• Valid driver license and DMV background records search.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
• Daily timecard entry and approval.
• Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
• Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data.
• Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
