Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in a customer service setting.
• A combination of related education, completed electrician apprenticeship, and/or relevant customer service experience equal to two years.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains campus lighting systems and recommends LED retrofit energy savings.
• Troubleshoots electrical issues under the guidance of a journeyman electrician.
• Prioritizes daily work orders, escalating urgent requests as needed.
• Assists Journeyman electricians with repairs on lighting circuits, ballast replacements, and wiring tasks.
• Supports EPS technicians with preventative maintenance on campus emergency power systems.
