Dematic is seeking Electrical Assembly Technicians to join our Grand Rapids manufacturing team. You will read wiring schematics, assemble electrical harnesses and panels, and help deliver automated vehicle builds on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical harnesses/panels in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Proficiency with basic math and measurement tools.
• Experience using hand tools, drills, crimping/stripping machines, rivet guns, and soldering irons.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed drawings and wiring schematics for vehicle assembly tasks.
• Assemble electrical harnesses and panel wiring to meet schedules.
• Update drawings and instructions during the build process as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace following OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
