Dematic in Grand Rapids is seeking Electrical Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team, building automated systems from detailed drawings, using a variety of hand tools and machines. This role supports vehicle builds and electrical harness/panel wiring to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical harness/wiring assembly experience in a fast-paced industrial/automation environment.
• Proficiency in basic math operations and measurement tools.
• Experience using manual, power, and air tools (drill, crimping/stripping, rivet gun, soldering).
• Capable of repetitive tasks, standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed drawings, bills of materials, and wiring schematics for vehicle assembly tasks.
• Use hand tools and machines to complete the vehicle build assembly process.
• Assemble electrical harnesses and panel wiring to meet schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per OSHA and company policies.
