E2 Management Consulting AG is seeking an Electrical Assembly Tech in Wixom, MI. The role involves wiring, testing, and commissioning electrical load banks and related low/high voltage systems, with light travel to customer sites.

You will support production assembly, QA validation, and periodic field service, requiring reading schematics, using meters, and basic PLC/HMI tasks. Travel is expected at 10–15% and safety is a priority.

Competenze

• Hands on background in industrial panel wiring, electrical assembly or equipment servicing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, layout drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with digital multimeters, clamp meters, hand tools, power tools.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI downloading basics and basic LAN/IP networking.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and internal team feedback.
• Experience with industrial equipment commissioning, sensors, preventative maintenance, or structured root cause analysis preferred.

Mansioni

• Assembly & wiring: Route, terminate and label power and control circuits. Install electrical components using schematics.
• Testing & QA: Perform continuity and megger testing. Validate load steps, alarms and safety shutdowns against specifications. Document all test reports.
• PLC/HMI Support: Assist with loading software, verifying interface operations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Field Service: Travel to customer sites for installation, repairs, and basic operator training (10-15%).
• Safety: Strictly follow LOTO and company safety/quality standards.
