Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of electrical work experience.
• Strong ability to read schematics and follow blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and basic MS Office.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and repair wiring harnesses per specs.
• Test wiring and components using schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Crimp, solder, de-pin terminals, and rework harnesses as needed.
• Train and mentor team members to meet quality standards.
• Lead daily shop organization and ensure safe operations.
