Aerotek in York, PA is seeking an Electrical Wiring Technician to build and wire electrical systems for custom machinery, reading schematics to assemble components and troubleshoot equipment.

You will wire cabinets and components, drill and tap mounting holes, and perform electrical testing in a hands-on, first-shift role with overtime opportunities. Work onsite with a stable, growth-oriented team.

Electrical Wiring Technician

$30.00 - $32.00/hr | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 401(k) Match | 3 Weeks PTO

Looking for an electrical role where you can do more than repetitive production wiring?

Join a custom machine manufacturing environment where you'll build and wire electrical systems for specialized machinery, troubleshoot equipment, read electrical schematics, and see the machines you work on come together from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical wiring, panel wiring, machine wiring, or electrical assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants a stable, first-shift career.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Overtime available as needed

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00-$32.00/hour

• 3 weeks of PTO

What You'll Be Doing

• Build electrical systems for custom machinery using shop packets, blueprints, and electrical schematics

• Wire electrical cabinets, equipment, and machine components

• Drill and tap holes for mounting electrical components

• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting

• Use volt/ohm/amp meters, wire strippers, soldering irons, and other electrical tools

• Assist with machine controls and electrical system installation

• Work alongside experienced team members to ensure equipment operates properly

What We're Looking For

• Experience with electrical assembly, machine wiring, panel wiring, or industrial electrical work

• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

• Electrical testing and troubleshooting experience

• Comfortable using electrical hand tools and testing equipment

• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
