• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe work shoes

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures, rules, and safety regulations
• Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical components as needed
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and plant specifications
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and assist with repairs when needed
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining equipment, parts, and supplies
• Assist in other production and assembly areas as assigned
• Use hand and power tools while working around electrical systems and components

Electrical Assembly Worker

Morrilton, AR | Pay: $17.50+/hour DOE | 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Are you experienced with electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or electrical troubleshooting? Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable Electrical Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, reading blueprints and schematics, and working as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment.

Requirements for the Electrical Assembly Worker

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wiring or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical components and electrical safety practices

• Work safely around moving equipment, sharp edges, and congested work areas
