Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler in Heber Springs, AR to support the assembly of electrical and electronic systems. You will work in a manufacturing environment, reading schematics and assembling components for finished products.

No experience required; training provided. Day shift 5:30 AM–2:00 PM with hourly pay of $18.00. Opportunity for extension beyond a three-month assignment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical or electronic systems and subassemblies for production.
• Adjust or replace parts to meet quality specifications.
• Clean parts to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Read schematics/blueprints to determine materials and instructions.
• Pack finished assemblies for shipment and move to storage safely.
