Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Worker for a hands-on manufacturing role in the Lincoln, MO area. You will build small electric motors using hand tools and machines, following precise instructions in a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to stand 10–12 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and read blueprints. Experience with small power tools is preferred. Overtime opportunities are available on weekdays.

Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for a hands-on manufacturing role in the Lincoln, MO area. In this full-time position, you will help build small electric motors using hand tools and machines. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and following precise instructions.

Schedule for Assembly Workers

• Monday through Thursday
• 10-hour shifts
• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Daily and Friday overtime opportunities available

Pay for Assembly Workers

• $16.50

Requirements for the Assembly Worker

• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be available for full-time hours
• Experience using small power tools preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions or blueprints
