Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking motivated Electrical Assemblers to join a thriving team at a Fort Smith facility. With multiple shifts available, this role offers hands-on work building, wiring, and assembling products to specifications and using a computer to track orders and look up parts.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, health insurance from day one, and access to retirement savings and ESOP programs after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance record – reliability is a must.
• Comfortable using a computer to look up work orders and parts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Able to stand on your feet for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
• Must wear EH-rated safety shoes or boots.
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
