Job summary

Switchgear Power Systems is seeking an Electrical Assembler for the Weekend Day Shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm). You will work in teams wiring electrical equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring neat, accurate wiring of control panels.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a 36-hour work week paid as 40 hours, plus overtime options, double time after 44 hours, PTO accrual, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided in a clean, well-lit environment.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure correct assembly.
• Wires electrical control panels per assembly drawings.
• Maintains safety standards and proper tool use on the shop floor.

1st Shift Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm

Position Description

In this position, individuals will work in teams using their skills and tools to wire electrical equipment. Control Wirers will read blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure the electrical equipment is wired neatly and accurately.

Job Functions

• Verify components with bills of material to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
