Job summary

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking an Electrical Assembler for on-site work inMount Joy, PA. The role focuses on electrical rough-in and finishing on generator enclosures, using NEC knowledge and schematic reading to ensure compliant wiring and safe operation.

The position requires ability to install EMT and conduit, terminate cables, and work with a team at customer locations. Compensation is hourly and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have basic NEC knowledge and be able to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Experience with EMT and rigid conduit installation, and conduit sealing is preferred.
• Ability to pull and terminate power and control cables and mount distribution devices.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical rough-in and finish on a generator enclosure line for generators and enclosures.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams to ensure correct wiring and safety alignment.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site.

Job description

Electrical Assembler

Pay: $27-33/hr.

Shifts:

• 1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
• 2nd =Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks (7am to 3:30pm)

Description:

• The Electrical Assemblerwill perform the electrical rough in and finish on a generator enclosure line. This will require work on both generators and enclosures.

Skills Required:

• Basic NEC knowledge
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Solid ability to run/ bend/ install EMT and rigid conduit
• Solid ability to run/ install Seal Tight conduit
• Ability to pull and terminate both power and control cables
• Ability to set/ install junction boxes/ switches/ outlets/ lighting fixtures/ distribution panels, etc.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and determine corrective actions
• Ability to work within a team and communicate concerns/ issues
• Provide basic electrician tools
• Ability to work onsite and at customer locations, as required
