Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembler I for 1st shift in El Paso, TX. The position offers a $16.76/hour rate, with a 6:00am–2:30pm shift and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You will wire, assemble, fit, and mount subassemblies and components in electrical control equipment, perform test prep and final inspection, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on every unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire subassemblies and components.
• Perform test prep and final inspection.
• Verify electrical/mechanical integrity with established procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and report shortages.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and coordinate with carriers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5-S practices.
• Lift up to 35 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
