Excellerate General Assemblers work in a warehouse bench assembly environment to assemble, package, and ship electrical components. They operate under the supervision of a Journeymen Electrician, continually identify process improvements, maintain 5S principles, and ensure zero defects throughout production.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 0–1 year(s) of experience
• Travel: None
• Work Schedule: Hours between 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary to accommodate customer demands and can include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble various electrical components and equipment under experienced supervision.
• Identify ways to improve processes and participate in their implementation.
• Use keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects.
• Adhere to 5S principles to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bend conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Perform wire and cable pulls.
• Conduct material handling duties.
• Clean and maintain tools, test equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer‑specific safety requirements.
• Create, print, and apply assembly identification labels.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
