ProMach's Shuttleworth in Huntington, IN is seeking an Electrical Assembler to perform electrical wiring and assembly for conveyor systems, testing to engineering specs, with minimal supervision. The role trains and mentors less experienced employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training or 2–3 years related maintenance or automation experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical practices and ability to read engineering documentation.
• OSHA 10-hour card or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Travel 20–25% to support equipment installations and service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform wiring on panels, devices, and conveyor systems.
• Read, understand, and interpret electrical, assembly, and pneumatic prints.
• Assist project lead assemblers through the build process from kickoff through Quality Checkout and final signoff.
• Wire electrical panels independently without supervision.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality; provide recommendations to keep or exceed goals.
• Support the Quality Checkout process and adhere to Shuttleworth standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor employees and contractors during onboarding and skills development.
• Travel 20–25% as needed to support equipment installations and service calls alongside trained personnel.
