Job summary

ProMach is seeking an experienced Packaging Machine Assembler in Huntington, IN to build conveyor systems and components per engineering specs, working mostly independently. You may mentor teammates and help drive projects from start to finish.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with Engineering on prototypes, with opportunities for growth within our growing automation division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two to three years of maintenance or automation experience, or demonstrated technical ability.
• Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble conveyor systems and components using engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Work on a variety of builds from components to fully integrated systems.
• Perform basic wiring using electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
• Lead small teams when needed and mentor others.
